This Privacy Policy explains how Reliable Dispatch Co. ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit reliabledispatchco.site (the "Site") and use the Freight Rate-Per-Mile (RPM) & Load Profitability Calculator (the "Calculator"). By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
- The Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The load figures you type are not sent to our servers.
- We store your saved truck specs and last inputs in your browser's local storage, on your own device.
- We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies, including third-party advertising cookies, to serve and measure ads.
- We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you enter into the Calculator
Values such as load rate, loaded miles, deadhead miles, fuel price, MPG, commission percentage and overhead are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser to produce results. This data is not transmitted to us. If you use the "Save Truck Specs" feature, selected values (MPG, fuel price, overhead, target RPM) and your most recent inputs are saved in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter them. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data or using the in-app "Quick Reset".
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, standard technical information may be collected by our hosting provider and by third-party services, including:
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
- Browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen size
- Referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent
- Date and time of access
2.3 Information you send us directly
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and keep a record of the correspondence.

10. Managing cookies yourself
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop ads from appearing but may make them less relevant. Blocking functional local storage will prevent the Calculator from remembering your truck specs between visits.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for trucking and logistics professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
The Site is operated from New York, USA. Our providers, including Google, may process information in the United States and in other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used by those providers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
